Qualifications

• Must have a relevant high school diploma or better.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Certifications such as HVAC, pool, electrical as applicable.
• Boilers/chillers license may be required by local laws.
• Good communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Calm under pressure with financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: keep rooms and public spaces in top condition to standards.
• Lead, train, schedule shifts for the engineering team.
• Conduct safety inspections and drills.
• Respond to maintenance requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Patrol grounds and manage Lost and Found.
• Access sensitive areas responsibly and represent the company.
