Job summary

Residence Inn Albuquerque is seeking a skilled maintenance engineer to support housekeeping and front-of-house operations. The role focuses on guest-related repairs, safety, and timely PM program execution, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming hotel environment.

The position requires flexibility for varied shifts including evenings and weekends, with emphasis on hospitality and teamwork to maintain brand standards across all spaces.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and document completion via the work order system.
• Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled per PM program.
• Follow safety guidelines and report emergencies to supervisor/GM.
• Conduct full property walks at shift start/end and note/complete maintenance needs.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized during and after shifts.
