Twenty Four Seven Hotels is seeking a Chief Engineer - R&M in Sacramento, CA to maintain the property to brand standards and meet owner expectations. The role requires independent work and leadership to support a hospitality-focused maintenance team.

Qualifications

• 5 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience required.
• Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the team and sustainment programs.
• Assist in budgeted needs of the maintenance department and developing sustainability programs.
• Assist in execution of annual CapEX plans and management of preventative maintenance program.
• Ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld.
