Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems and hotel equipment.
• Perform ongoing room preventative maintenance.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance work and respond to work orders.
• Carpentry, painting, drywall, and carpet repair are a plus.
• Inspect property to identify needs and ensure budget adherence.

Responsibilities
