Job summary

Ivy Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep the hotel running smoothly at West Chester Township, Ohio. This part-time role requires proactive hands-on maintenance across guest areas and back-of-house spaces, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and guest comfort.

You will perform routine upkeep on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fixtures, respond to requests promptly, and support the preventative maintenance program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Experience in hotel or facilities maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance across public areas, guest rooms, meeting spaces, back-of-house facilities.
• Repair guest room amenities such as televisions, phones, fixtures, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Execute preventative maintenance programs and daily equipment checks.
• Maintain hotel aesthetics by addressing interior repairs, painting, and carpet or tile fixes.
• Assist with pool operations and ensure safety regulations compliance (CPO preferred).
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to minimize guest disruption.
