Commonwealth Lodging Management LLC is seeking a guest-focused Barista to join our hotel team. You will prepare coffee barista drinks, serve guests warmly, and handle orders with accuracy.

This role requires 1–2 years in food and beverage, basic Micros POS skills, and dependable cash handling. You must pass a food handlers' certification and communicate clearly in English. The position involves rotating shifts, ensuring cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1–2 years experience in food & beverage preferred.
• Certification in food handlers’ program required.
• Good English communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co‑workers.
• Prepare coffee barista drinks and food orders per standards.
• Take orders, input into MICROS system, and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow health/safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and cash handling.
