The Breakfast Attendant role at the Hilton Garden Inn Brookfield Conference Center in Wisconsin is your entry into a guest‑facing hospitality path. You’ll greet guests, assist during breakfast, and help ensure a welcoming, spotless dining area.

Starting at $11.00 per hour with potential for higher wages, this position requires flexibility for weekend shifts and early mornings. You’ll join a team focused on Growth, Fun, Trust, and Responsibility, with opportunities for mentorship and advancement.

How You’ll Make An Impact

The guest-focused Breakfast Attendant is the first to greet our guests in the morning and engage in conversation to create a memorable and personalized experience.

• Prepares and replenishes breakfast items in an appealing manner
• Maintains a clean breakfast area by sanitizing tables, chairs, fixtures and surfaces as well as back of house kitchen area
• Handles the storing of food deliveries, organizes storage areas to ensure the quality of the food, and rotates food stock based on expiration
• Meets health and sanitation policies for federal, state, local and company standards and requirements
