Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Brookfield Conference Center is looking for a Breakfast Attendant to start the day with guests in a friendly, memorable way. Starting pay is $11.00/hour with potential for higher wages for experienced candidates, and flexible weekend availability is required.

The role supports growth within a respected hotel brand, with mentorship, training, and opportunities across the property to develop your hospitality career.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and engages in conversation to create a memorable breakfast experience.
• Prepares and replenishes breakfast items.
• Maintains a clean breakfast area and back-of-house spaces, including sanitizing surfaces.
• Handles storing of food deliveries, organizes storage areas, and rotates stock based on expiration.
• Meets health and sanitation policies for federal, state, local and company standards and requirements.

How You’ll Make An Impact

The guest-focused Breakfast Attendant is the first to greet our guests in the morning and engage in conversation to create a memorable and personalized experience.

• Prepares and replenishes breakfast items in an appealing manner
• Maintains a clean breakfast area by sanitizing tables, chairs, fixtures and surfaces as well as back of house kitchen area
• Handles the storing of food deliveries, organizes storage areas to ensure the quality of the food, and rotates food stock based on expiration
• Meets health and sanitation policies for federal, state, local and company standards and requirements
