Hyatt Regency Buffalo / Hotel and Conference Center is seeking a dedicated Line Cook for our bustling hotel kitchen. Prepare all menu items following recipes, review assignments with the Sous Chef, and start prep for the day’s menus.

You will work at all stations with the ability to adapt to varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have 3 years of line cook experience in a hotel or restaurant; teamwork and strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years' experience as a Line Cook in a hotel/resort or restaurant.
• Ability to work all stations on the line.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides.
• Review assignments and anticipated business levels with Sous Chef.
• Start prep work and assist Line Cooks during the shift.
• Set up and break down work stations; close duties at shift end.
• Maintain proper storage procedures per Health Department and hotel requirements.
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines.
