- Warmly welcome guests on arrival and provide attentive and professional assistance.
- Assist guests with luggage and deliver to guest rooms.
- Escort guests to rooms, explaining hotel amenities, property features, and services.
- Keep bell areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Support the front desk team to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Provide directions, recommendations, and information about AvantStay properties and local attractions.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their stay.
- Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and a guest-first attitude.

We are seeking a Bellman who is warm, professional, and passionate about creating a memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. As a key member of the front-of-house team, you'll provide bell services—greeting guests, assisting with luggage and ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, welcoming, and stress-free experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced, guest-facing work and takes pride in providing exceptional service that reflects AvantStay's brand standards.

- Ability to safely enter, exit, and operate guest vehicles.
