Element by Westin Opelika seeks an attentive Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage and food service in a high-volume hotel bar. You will craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks, engage guests, and ensure a clean, organized bar area while following safety and sanitation standards.

With a minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in hospitality, you will handle POS transactions, upsell menu items, and contribute to guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• 2+ years of bartender experience in a hotel or high-volume bar setting.

Mansioni

• Prepare and serve beverages (cocktails, wine, beer, non-alcoholic) per recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner and take drink and food orders.
• Ensure bar area is clean, stocked, and organized, with proper storage of beverages and supplies.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials and promotions.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash/credit transactions and close out tabs per procedures.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment and address issues professionally.
