Job summary

Mondrian South Beach is seeking an experienced bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service to hotel guests at our bar. You will craft cocktails, manage a clean station, and engage guests with friendly, professional service.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of cocktails and wine, strong guest relations skills, and the ability to handle cash/credit transactions efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least of legal drinking age.
• One to two years’ bartending experience in hotel/restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash/credit card transactions accurately.
• Must have or obtain alcohol service training/certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve diverse alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area.
• Engage guests with friendly, professional service and recommendations.
• Accurately process payments and provide receipts.
