Job summary

Hyatt Regency DFW Airport is seeking a Bartender for Ace's Lobby Bar to deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Join a hospitality-driven team at Terminal C, where you can showcase cocktail knowledge and guest-focused service while supporting opening/closing, inventory, and bar setup. The role requires standing for long shifts and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience required.
• Hotel bartending experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and applicable regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight throughout the shift.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Hyatt standards
• Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
• Demonstrate expertise in cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and current beverage trends
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar environment
• Accurately process guest orders and transactions through the POS system
• Ensure compliance with all state, local, and Hyatt responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address service opportunities
• Work collaboratively with servers, culinary teams, and leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and bar setup/breakdown procedures

Conveniently located at Terminal C of DFW Airport, our hotel features 811 guestrooms, 92,000+ square feet of event space, and multiple dining venues that welcome travelers from around the world every day.

We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team at Ace's Lobby Bar.

This is a Full-Time position requiring flexible availability, including:

• Weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Day, evening, and late-night shifts
• Typical operating hours range from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Bartender at Ace's Lobby Bar, you'll create memorable experiences through exceptional service, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine guest interactions. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your creativity, beverage knowledge, and passion for hospitality in a fast-paced hotel environment.
