Job summary

Hyatt Regency DFW Airport is seeking an experienced Bartender for Ace's Lobby Bar at the hotel located at Terminal C, DFW Airport, TX. The role requires crafting cocktails, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining service standards in a fast-paced, full-service environment.

You will work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with shifts from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartending experience required.
• Hotel bartending experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices and applicable regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to Hyatt standards.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Demonstrate expertise in cocktails, spirits, beer, wine and current beverage trends.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar environment.
• Accurately process guest orders and transactions through the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and Hyatt responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address service opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with servers, culinary teams, and leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and bar setup/breakdown procedures.

We are currently seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team at Ace's Lobby Bar.

This is a Full-Time position requiring flexible availability, including:

• Weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Day, evening, and late-night shifts
• Typical operating hours range from 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM

What You'll Do

As a Bartender at Ace's Lobby Bar, you'll create memorable experiences through exceptional service, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine guest interactions.
