Qualifications

• Basic math skills to operate a cash register and make change.
• Ability to operate a keyboard and POS terminal accurately.
• Resolve guest issues calmly and professionally.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly welcome and listen to requests.
• Prepare orders accurately and efficiently as requested.
• Ring guest checks and process payments correctly.
• Balance the house bank at shift end and ensure accountability.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and service stations.
• Adhere to attendance rules and perform other duties as assigned.
