Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Tacoma International Airport is seeking a friendly Barista to prepare and serve coffee, tea, and light meals with exceptional guest service.

You will handle orders, operate POS systems, maintain clean work areas, and follow safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced hotel setting. This role requires flexible shifts including weekends and holidays, adherence to hotel policies, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Formación

• Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso beverages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain valid Washington Food Worker Card.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver friendly service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and food items.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and promotions.
• Operate POS systems and process payments accurately.
• Keep service areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory as needed.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Support breakfast service and other Food & Beverage tasks.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and service.
• Adhere to hotel policies and alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain flexibility for varying shifts including weekends.
