Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso beverages.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide friendly service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, beverages, and food.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, promotions, and specials.
• Operate POS systems and process payments accurately.
• Keep service areas clean and stocked.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory.
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
