Responsibilities

• Work a variety of shifts including opening, mid, and/or closing shifts.
• Prepare high-quality beverages to Olympia Coffee standards and handle bar operations.
• Provide warm, genuine, and attentive customer service.
• Maintain a clean, safe cafe environment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Troubleshoot service flow, drink execution, and guest needs in real time.
• Demonstrate equipment care and routine maintenance tasks.
