Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel Richardson is seeking a bartender to open and close the Kitchen+Bar, maintaining a clean, organized prep and bar area while serving guests with hospitality and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of bartending experience, 21+ years old, and a strong customer service focus. We offer incentives, scheduling flexibility, hotel discounts, and growth opportunities across Drury Hotels.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One year of bartending experience required.
• Two or more years of bartender experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications.
• Ability to communicate in English and deliver strong guest service.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Open and close Kitchen+Bar following Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized food prep and hotel bar area.
• Serve guests and assist teammates with service and hospitality.
• Present a high standard of integrity and professionalism to guests and staff.
• Handle money, make change, and use office equipment as needed.
