Qualifications

• One to two years experience as a bartender.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Legally allowed to serve alcohol in North Carolina.
• Knowledge of state and local guidelines for alcohol service.
• Knowledge of drink preparation.
• Computational skills to process guest payments.
• Food safety certification or alcohol service training recommended.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Self-motivated and professional in demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Mix drinks per company manual to control costs.
• Provide energized, personalized bar service.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure bar cleanliness and peak condition at all times.
• Demonstrate guest-focused service and adaptability.
• Present drinks with proper presentation and style.
• Anticipate guest needs and adjust as required.
