Responsibilities

• Follow hotel procedures and ABC laws; document incidents as required.
• Maintain sanitary bar area, equipment, and supplies.
• Set up bar and reception station per brand standards.
• Demonstrate hospitality and professionalism at all times.
• Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and accountability.
• Know current beverage menus, recipes, portions, and garnishes.
