Job summary

White Lodging seeks an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team in Texas. You will craft cocktails, deliver guest-focused service, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale bar environment. Interact with guests, maintain cleanliness, handle payments, and support safety standards.

Qualifications

Excellent guest service and communication skills.
Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and garnishes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel/bar environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests with friendly conversation and recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organized bar station and perform daily side work per health and safety standards.
Demonstrate knowledge of cocktail menu, ingredients, and preparation methods; answer guest questions confidently.
Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation.
Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
Promote teamwork and support a safe, positive work environment.
Monitor responsible alcohol service and comply with liquor laws.
Perform other duties as assigned.
