Qualifications

• Outgoing, social personality with passion for hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail from cocktail presentation to guest satisfaction.
• Positive, can-do attitude and team player mindset.
• Previous bartending experience preferred; hotel/restaurant/rooftop bar backgrounds a plus; willing to train.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service with friendly conversation and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Keep bar station clean and organized; perform daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards.
• Know the full cocktail menu, beer and wine; confidently answer guest questions.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation to meet guest expectations.
• Process payments accurately and reconcile at shift end.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, positive work environment.
• Card guests and monitor responsible alcohol service per liquor laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
