White Lodging is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale bar environment across premium hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants.

Ideal candidates bring bartending experience, mixology knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. The role offers scheduling flexibility and opportunities for growth within our hotel portfolio while supporting a diverse guest base.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender, hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar is preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service and build connections with guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and complete daily side work to health and safety standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, ingredients, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation meeting guest expectations.
• Process payments (cash, card, and digital) and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, positive work environment.
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned
