White Lodging is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will craft cocktails, deliver guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale environment across premium hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants.

The role emphasizes exceptional service, knowledge of drinks, and teamwork. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected, with benefits starting on day one and opportunities for growth across properties.

Qualifications

• Must have outgoing, guest-focused hospitality mindset.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods; evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Knowledge of cocktails, recipes, and bar service practices.
• Willingness to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service and engage guests with suggestions.
• Maintain a clean bar station and complete side work per standards.
• Know the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, and garnishes.
• Process payments and reconcile end-of-shift transactions.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with liquor laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
