Job summary

InnVentures seeks an attentive Bartender to deliver quality food and beverage experiences at Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown in Denver, CO. You will interact with guests, mix cocktails, and support bar, restaurant, and room service operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

The position requires prior food/beverage serving experience, strong communication, and the ability to stand for shifts, lift 25 pounds, and obtain required permits. Full-time benefits and daily pay options are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage and/or serving experience is required.
• Must be able to read, write, type and use basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in the bar, restaurant and room service attentively and efficiently.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Serve wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Serve food as needed.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Complete guest orders and accurately collect payments.
• Clean and wash bar ware, utensils and bar area. Restock and prep bar items as needed.
• Assist with quality, cleanliness and organization of the bar, restaurant and kitchen.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
