Job summary

McKibbon seeks a Hotel Houseperson to support the housekeeping team and provide a welcoming, home-like stay for guests. This role focuses on cleaning public spaces and assisting with guestroom support tasks such as linen distribution, trash removal, and laundry delivery.

Responsibilities include stocking linen closets, organizing housekeeping carts, and maintaining clean hallways, restrooms, and back-of-house areas while delivering courteous, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience is a plus.
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Courteous, friendly demeanor toward guests and associates.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift at least 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas, hallways, bathrooms, windows, and common areas.
• Stock linens and supplies for Room Attendants and assist with laundry.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces and maintain tidy back-of-house areas.
• Assist with trash removal and organize housekeeping carts.
• Deliver requested items promptly and ensure guest-focused service.
