Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete knowledge of service requirements for assigned function
• Set up assigned tables
• Retrieve and serve alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications and group requirements, courteously and efficiently.
• Restock buffet items as per specifications.
• Take beverage orders and collect payments where specified.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment while actively practicing our Service Standards.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Commensurate or transfer skill set is of primary importance
• Good attitude and work ethic practices to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
