LTD Hospitality Group is seeking highly motivated individuals with expertise in effective and efficient banquet operations. Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for food and beverage service for all banquet functions.
2. Ensure proper setup of the room for each function.
3. Collect and check the cleanliness of glassware, ice, napkins, china, and flatware; set tables with proper placement, folding napkins, and placing condiments.
4. Verify all service requirements are met as per the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
5. Set up side stations in scheduled rooms.
6. Serve functions according to the standards set by the Banquet Department.
7. Clear tables and clean the room after service, including stripping tables and storing used equipment properly.
8. Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and banquet chairs.
9. Clean and maintain refrigeration units used during and after service.
10. Follow cleanup instructions from the Banquet Captain.
11. Ensure good guest relations and exemplify professionalism in dress, punctuality, manners, and personal hygiene.
12. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by the manager.
