Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns
• Assist in preparing and setting tables according to banquet event orders prior to events
• Serve beverages during events
• Maintain buffet stations throughout the event
• Carry trays of plated meals to guests
• Listen attentively to guests and anticipate their needs
• Respond to feedback regarding food quality and presentation
• Stay updated on menu options, preparation methods, and ingredients
• Clear used dishes and glasses from tables and public areas
• Follow safety policies and procedures for guests and staff
• Support operational efficiency by assisting team members and other departments
• Maintain cleanliness in the department
