Qualifications

• Diploma in hotel management (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years housekeeping leadership experience.

• Knowledge of budget concepts and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance department.
• Organize on-the-job training and evaluate its effectiveness.
• Address guest complaints and ensure quality operation.
• Train and coach the front housekeeping team.
