Job summary

McKibbon is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to work closely with the Executive Housekeeper and hotel leadership in Jacksonville, FL, guiding the daily operations of the property's housekeeping team.

You will lead and train associates, uphold safety and brand standards, manage budgets and labor, and ensure high guest satisfaction in alignment with McKibbon's guiding principles and brand expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel.
• Experience with major hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, or Starwood (highly desired).
• Ability to perform inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to ensure that hotel policies and brand standards are followed.
• Strong leadership and training capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Inspect safety and security measures and uphold brand standards.
• Assist with overall performance of the Housekeeping department including guest satisfaction, budget and labor.
• Train fellow associates on brand and company standards to maximize revenue.
• Promote brand and company standards in actions and communications and ensure compliance.

What Makes a McKibbon Assistant Executive Housekeeper?The Assistant Executive Housekeeper works closely with the Executive Housekeeper, Assistant General Manager, and the General Manager to influence the total operations of the property’s Housekeeping Team.
