Job summary

McKibbon is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper and leadership team to guide the property’s Housekeeping operations. You will uphold ethical leadership and be prepared to lead the department when the Executive Housekeeper is not on duty.

You will train colleagues on brand and company standards, manage guest satisfaction, budget, and labor, and promote brand values in daily actions.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required.
• Experience with major hotel brands is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage inventory and control costs.
• Ability to ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
• Commitment to McKibbon Guiding Principles and professional conduct.

What Makes a McKibbon Assistant Executive Housekeeper?The Assistant Executive Housekeeper works closely with the Executive Housekeeper, Assistant General Manager, and the General Manager to influence the total operations of the property’s Housekeeping Team.
