Job summary

McKibbon Hospitality seeks an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to partner with the Executive Housekeeper and leadership team to drive housekeeping excellence at our Buford, GA property. You will guide daily operations, ensure safety, and uphold brand standards.

You will train colleagues, manage inventory and costs, and promote exceptional guest experiences while aligning with McKibbon’s guiding principles and policies.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel.
• Experience with major hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, or Starwood (highly desired).
• Ability to perform inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to ensure hotel policies and brand standards are followed.

What Makes a McKibbon Assistant Executive Housekeeper?The Assistant Executive Housekeeper works closely with the Executive Housekeeper, Assistant General Manager, and the General Manager to influence the total operations of the property’s Housekeeping Team.
