Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is hiring for an on-site Account Receivable role at Parsippany, NJ. You will bill and collect revenue, post payments, reconcile ledgers, and assist with financial reporting in line with hotel accounting policies.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Accounting or Hotel Management and has experience in hotel finance. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting or Hotel Management preferred.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality finance and accounting.
• Strong organizational, numerical, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a personal computer and calculator.

Responsibilities

• Sort and verify Night Audit receivables and reconcile banquet charges and extensions.
• Post city ledger payments and bill city ledger accounts.
• Reconcile credit card backups and maintain logs for all card payments.
• Input General Cashier Summary and maintain reconciliations.
