NoMo SoHo, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a detail oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to verify, approve, and pay vendor invoices and manage revenue billing for the hotel in a timely manner.

Based in NoMo SoHo, New York, the role emphasizes accurate processing in Birchstreet, reconciliation of vendor statements, month-end accruals, and maintaining compliant financial procedures within hospitality.

Formación

• Two years of accounting experience required.
• Hospitality accounting experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy and approval.
• Scan invoices into Birchstreet for processing.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized accounts payable files and documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing by preparing accruals and reports.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and hotel financial procedures.
