Schulte Hospitality Group in Phoenix is seeking an energetic Hotel Accounting Manager with experience to lead the hotel’s finance team. You will safeguard assets, ensure accurate recording, and supervise accounts payable, payroll, and cost accounting across the property.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting and at least 2 years of corporate accounting management, hotel experience preferred. You’ll provide monthly financials to executives, analyze ventures and capital projects, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 2 years of corporate accounting management experience, hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard assets and ensure accurate recording of transactions across departments.
• Lead day‑to‑day accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing, payroll and cost accounting.
• Develop and issue timely monthly financial records for executives and the corporate office.
• Ensure financial plans align with organizational goals.
• Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate ventures, programs and capital expenditures.
• Manage banking relationships and credit resources under competitive terms.
• Interface with auditors, banks, insurers, credit card companies and collection agencies.
• Provide strategic leadership on behalf of finance and accounting across the organization.
• Act as a key member of the executive leadership team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
