Job summary

Residence Inn Times Square in New York City is seeking an Accounting Clerk to keep our financials in order. You’ll manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices and deposits, and support the team with organization and accuracy.

You’ll assist the Property Accountant with payroll and HR tasks, handle confidential information with integrity, and thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment where teamwork matters.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Strong organization, accuracy, and discretion with confidential information.
