Atrium Hospitality is seeking an accounting professional for our Springfield property to perform daily income audit, billing, and deposits. You will support hotel operations with clerical tasks and help ensure secure handling of guest and company information.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of accounting experience in a hospitality setting, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with hotel POS/PMS systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years accounting experience in hospitality is required.
• Experience with hotel operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily income audit, billing, collections and deposits.
• Protect guest and company information with integrity.
• Support clerical and accounting tasks to improve efficiency.
• Resolve accounting issues promptly and courteously.
• Assist close of books with ledgers and reports.
