Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Hot Side Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking equipment across restaurants and institutions. You will install new hot-side equipment and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime, while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment (or a strong mechanical/electrical background).
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, gas, and mechanical systems.
• EPA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated attitude and a passion for fixing things.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking equipment.
• Install new hot-side kitchen equipment for restaurants, schools, hospitals, and other food service facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance to help customers avoid costly downtime.
• Troubleshoot gas, electric, and steam-operated equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong client relationships.
• Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Work independently while being supported by a great team.
