Job summary

Smart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment.

You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain hot-side cooking equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, steamers, and ranges in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and other facilities, delivering reliable service and strong client relationships.

EPA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it). A valid driver’s license and a customer-service mindset help you succeed here.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment or strong mechanical/electrical background.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, gas, and mechanical systems.
• EPA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain it).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated attitude and a passion for fixing things.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking equipment.
• Install new hot-side kitchen equipment for restaurants, schools, hospitals, and other facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance to help customers avoid downtime.
• Troubleshoot gas, electric, and steam-operated equipment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building client relationships.
