Job summary
A leading international construction firm based in Orlando is seeking a Hot Side Technician to perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and installation of hot-side equipment in commercial kitchens. Qualifications
- Diagnosing and repairing commercial cooking equipment.
- Working with gas, electric, and/or direct steam-fired equipment.
- Lifting and carrying materials and climbing stairs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix issues with hot-side equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Respond to emergency service calls.
Skills
Technical skills in diagnosing and repairing commercial cooking equipment
Strong customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively

Education
High school diploma or equivalent
