Job summary

Midwest Equipment Company in the Greater St. Louis area is seeking an experienced Hot Side Service Technician responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking equipment at customer sites.

You'll perform preventive maintenance, respond to service calls, complete paperwork, and communicate with customers and our team to ensure timely, high-quality service, with a Tuesday–Saturday daytime schedule and no on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience servicing commercial cooking equipment.
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent; EPA card a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking equipment at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and respond to service calls.
• Complete service paperwork and communicate with customers and team.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure timely, high‑quality service.
