Job summary

RTX/Pratt & Whitney is seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join the Hot Section Engineering (HSE) team. You will support task planning, execution, and IPT goals across the part's life cycle, from validation testing to engineering changes, with a focus on delivering for GTF engine programs.

Your collaboration with procurement, manufacturing, validation, and other functions will be essential to meet aggressive program demands, while leveraging Agile practices and toolsets to drive timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM is required.
• 2 years of relevant engineering experience with a bachelor's degree or higher.
• Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional IPT.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets with the IPT.
• Support schedule management, risk management, and program requirements.
• Track progress and communicate status to CIPT and management.
• Coordinate across procurement, manufacturing, validation, etc.
• Manage hardware and validation activities for the IPT.
