Pratt & Whitney Hot Section Engineering (HSE) seeks a driven engineer to lead IPT tasks within an Agile framework, coordinating cross-functional teams across design, structures, and aerodynamics to deliver on the F135-ECU program objectives. You will report status to CIPT and HSE leadership and work with purchasing, suppliers, and customer support to ensure on-time engine deliveries.

A STEM degree and 5 years of experience (or 3 with an advanced degree) are required, with strong communication

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• 5 years of engineering experience with a bachelor's degree or 3 years with an advanced degree.
• Advanced proficiency and knowledge of Project Planning, schedules and EVMS/CAM experience.
• Familiarity with P&W Project tools and procedures.
• Demonstrated leadership in engineering continuous improvement and strong communication, interpersonal, time management with organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project tasks via the Agile framework for an Integrated Product Team (IPT) with cross-functional members.
• Communicate status of technical issues and budgets to CIPT leaders, HSE leadership, internal program offices and external customers.
• Collaborate with purchasing, suppliers, customer support and sustainment organizations to support engine deliveries.
