Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is looking for an MRO – Hot Section Engineering Intern in Oklahoma City. You will serve as an onsite engineering liaison representing Pratt & Whitney with military customers and support the overhaul of hot section hardware across our engine family at Tinker AFB.

You will create technical substantiation packages, assist in part inspections, monitor hardware health, and provide field support alongside Customer Support Engineering and base personnel, in a dynamic

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field and enrolled through the internship period.
Minimum 60 credit hours by start of internship.
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.

Responsibilities

Serve as onsite engineering liaison representing Pratt & Whitney with military customers.
Support overhaul and repair of hot section hardware across our engine family at Tinker AFB, OKC.
Create Technical Substantiation Packages (TSP) for non-conforming hardware analysis.
Assist in part inspections to recover hardware in inventory.
Monitor and trend hardware health for CIP and repair tasks.
Provide field support to Customer Support Engineering and base personnel; work in a customer-facing role.
