Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking a Heavy Maintenance Center Quality Engineer in Midwest City, Oklahoma to support MRO operations for engine maintenance and related manufacturing activities. You will work with Quality Inspectors, engineers, and operations to drive quality improvements, root-cause investigations, and audits. Onsite role with travel up to 10% and eligibility for US government clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or business field or equivalent experience with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Onsite role at Midwest City, Oklahoma.
• Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
• Travel up to 10%.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & SharePoint).
• Experience with AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Quality Inspectors, Process & Methods Engineers, and Operations to support MRO operations.
• Lead investigations of quality stops and escapes using RCCA and Process Analysis.
• Interface with management, partners, and supply base at various levels.
• Audit Quality System, processes, and product documentation.
• Assist 3rd party audits as required.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
