Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Hot Process Module Engineering Manager for the 200mm Advanced Module Engineering team at Fab 9 in Essex, Vermont. You will lead engineers and technicians, drive metrics like Cp/Cpk, yield, and delivery, and partner across modules and functions to optimize the furnace and RTP toolsets in a high-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Education - bachelor’s in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Experience - minimum 7 years Manufacturing Operations Engineering discipline with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians responsible for data-based decisions to optimize furnace/RTP toolset output.
• Drive Operations Excellence, stable processes, high line and wafer yields, and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate across TD, integration, module engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Communicate clearly across the Fab 9 team and support safe, 24x7 operations.
