Job summary

IFF in Carrollton, TX seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations for high-quality food products. You will manage production personnel, optimize labor and equipment use, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in a regulated food environment, knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and ERP systems such as SAP. English and Spanish bilingual applicants are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (food science, engineering, or operations).
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in food, beverage, or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience supervising hourly production staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, FSMA or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, productivity and delivery targets.
• Optimize workforce, equipment, and material flow; address downtime and bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with food safety programs, quality specs, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor staff, conduct performance discussions, and support training and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to maintain uninterrupted operations.
