Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking a Manager In Training for the Hot Deli Department in Cupertino. The trainee undergoes 6–8 months of training and evaluations, then transfers to a store with responsibilities for SOPs, product knowledge, planning, ordering, organization, and staff supervision.

Qualifications

• 2 years in hot deli, food service, or related fields with supervision experience.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; may travel to multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Hot Deli Department SOP, product knowledge, production planning, ordering, organization, and supervision.
• Maintain attractive displays, ensure quality and freshness, and keep service areas stocked.
• Plan production and orders based on inventory, promotions, and sales trends.
• Train and coach department staff, manage attendance, and assist with performance reviews.
